The position requires a fully cleared( TS/SCI with Polygraph) skilled Software Developer to participate in a team environment in support of the Maryland intelligence customer's mission with new software enhancements and maintenance tasks. The software developer will utilize their software development and engineering expertise to keep existing code functional, while developing new code for java software packages within the software development effort. The position requires a blend of software technical development competence, project management experience and expertise, and strong interpersonal and communications skills with the emphasis on java design and development competency.

The software developer interested in this job will need to be proficient in the areas noted below and be flexible to work with the technologies currently being used on the project and/or deemed important by the customer.
The position requires a fully cleared( TS/SCI with Polygraph) skilled systems engineer to participate in a team environment in support of the Maryland intelligence customer's mission with new systems enhancements and maintenance tasks. Applies systems engineering principles throughout the systems life cycle phases: Concept, Development, Production, Utilization, Support, and Retirement. Interacts with the Government regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations and for associated problems, issues or conflicts. Communicates with other program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives. Responsibility for the technical integrity, quality, and completeness of work performed and deliverables.

The position requires a fully cleared( TS/SCI with Polygraph) skilled program manager to participate in a team environment in support of the Maryland intelligence customer's mission. The Program Manager shall be responsible for the successful cost, schedule, and performance of the contract. Serves as the main point of contact for the Contracting Officer (CO), the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), the Government Program Manager, and the Contractor’s senior management. Directly contributes to program efforts in several areas, including cost management/avoidance, schedule estimation and tracking, contract performance management, risk management, requirements analysis, and quality assurance activities. Ensures proper performance of tasks necessary to ensure the most efficient and effective execution of the contract. The PM shall utilize expert communication skills needed to direct the skilled technical resources and report on the technical progress, issues, and problem areas, as well as write and review technical documents.
